Privacy Policy

TechSolve Tools is operated by TechSolve Solution Co., Ltd.(“TechSolve”, “we”). We built it so that you don't have to trust us with your files. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Your files stay on your device

Every tool processes PDFs, images, text and other content inside your browser. Files are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.

What is stored on your device

• Tool preferences, pinned tools, recent tools and Lite mode, in your browser's local storage.
• History snapshots you choose to save. Without an account they expire after 24 hours.
• Notes from the Notepad, until you delete them.
• A cached copy of pages you have visited, so tools can work offline.

If you create an account

We store your email address, optional name, plan and the history snapshots you save. Snapshots contain small pieces of settings or text — never files — and are deleted automatically when your plan's retention period ends (7 days on the free plan). Accounts are hosted with Supabase in a secure, access-controlled database.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Vercel Analytics) to count page views. It does not track you across sites and does not see anything you type or upload into a tool.

Your rights

You can delete any snapshot or your whole history from the Account page at any time. To delete your account or request a copy of your data under Thailand's PDPA or the GDPR, email info@techsolve.co.th.
