- What's the difference between Crop to fill and Fit inside?
- Crop to fill covers the whole target size and trims the edges that don't fit, from the centre. Fit inside shows the whole picture and fills the leftover space with white, black or transparency. Stretch forces the exact size and can squash the image.
- What size should an Instagram post be?
- 1080 × 1080 px for square posts, 1080 × 1350 px for portrait (4:5) and 1080 × 1920 px for Stories and Reels. Pick the matching preset and choose Crop to fill.
- Will resizing reduce quality?
- Making an image smaller keeps it sharp; large reductions are done in steps to avoid jagged edges. Enlarging can't add detail, so it will look softer. For JPG and WebP, the quality slider trades file size for detail; PNG is lossless.
- How do I resize many photos at once?
- Drop them all in together. Every image gets the same settings, and Download ZIP saves them in one file named with their new size, e.g. photo-1080x1080.jpg.
- How many pixels is A4 or a 2-inch photo?
- A4 is 1240 × 1754 px at 150 dpi and 2480 × 3508 px at 300 dpi. At 300 dpi a 2.5 × 3 cm photo is 295 × 354 px, 3.5 × 4.5 cm is 413 × 531 px, and 2 × 2 inches is 600 × 600 px.
