Subscription Plans

Access to PDF Converter's premium features is provided through subscription-based plans. Available plans include:

All subscriptions are Auto-Renewable Subscriptions billed via Apple's in-app purchase system and provide immediate access to unlimited conversions, advanced features, and priority support.

Free Tier Usage

Free-tier users receive up to 3 PDF conversions per day at no cost. Additional conversions can be unlocked by viewing rewarded advertisements, up to a daily maximum of 15 total conversions. Once the daily limit is reached, the app will prompt users to consider upgrading to a premium plan for unlimited access.

Automatic Renewal & Billing

Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as the original subscription.

Managing Subscriptions

Users can manage, view, or cancel subscriptions through their Apple account settings at any time. To cancel:

1. Open Settings on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select PDF Converter and choose "Cancel Subscription"

Important: Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel through your Apple account settings.

Refund Policy

We do not offer direct refunds for subscription purchases. All refund requests must be submitted through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours, though some cases may take longer.

To request a refund through Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions provided.

Subscription Activation

Upon successful plan upgrade, a confirmation notification will appear showing your subscription type (monthly or yearly). Premium access is unlocked immediately, providing instant access to unlimited conversions, batch processing, and enhanced functionality.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
